TxDOT is seeking a Construction Recordkeeper I, II or III in the Greenville Area Office, Greenville, TX. You will maintain accurate records, track materials, verify work reports, and ensure compliance with project specs. The positions offer a structured day schedule and growth opportunities within a major state program.

Salary ranges from $44,400 to $81,351 depending on level. Requires a high school diploma; specific experience scales by level and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Grad or Equivalent.
• Experience: I=No experience required; II=1 year; III=4 years; college/technical substitution allowed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains project records and paperwork; reviews contracts for changes and ensures compliance.
• Coordinates with inspectors and contractor staff to reflect changes in records.
• Monitors compliance with wage and EE0 requirements and submits reports.
• Prepares monthly and final estimates; verifies calculations against logs.
• Oversees record-keeping activities and recommends payments or change orders.
• Mentors staff in testing and inspection procedures and material specs.
