Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an energetic, dedicated Construction Quality & Safety Manager to join our Plymouth, MN team. The role focuses on implementing safety and quality programs, conducting audits, and guiding field teams across the region.

You will lead trainings, coordinate with trade partners, and manage documentation for continuous improvement in multi-family construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or civil engineering.
• 5+ years in Quality & Safety for commercial/multi-family construction.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• AED, CPR, First Aid Certification.
• Local travel up to 75%.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Perform jobsite inspections across the region and share findings.
• Lead safety program audits, trainings, and orientations.
• Maintain safety signage, PPE, and supplies at sites.
• Conduct weekly jobsite audits with project teams.
• Lead safety committee meetings and document minutes.
• Prepare monthly quality and safety reports for corporate.
• Develop and update regional safety books and MSDS.
• Coordinate with trade partners on safety and quality issues.
• Organize CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 training for new hires.
• Attend new project startup meetings with trade partners.
• Perform quality inspections on new properties and maintain regional data.
• Drive continuous improvement plans regionally.
