Roers Companies in Plymouth, MN is seeking an energetic Construction Project Coordinator to join our general contracting team. The role supports project start-up, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and close-out activities across multi-family developments.

You will liaise with owners, contractors, and suppliers, manage project files, and help keep projects on schedule while upholding Roers’ standards of integrity, collaboration, and client service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with owners, contractors, and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage project files, submittals, RFIs, and close-out docs.
• Ability to travel locally and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for project startup, files, records, and close-out using department software.
• Document project status in meetings and track ongoing tasks.
• Maintain project-related paperwork, filing, and storage of materials.
