Job summary

Momper Insulation is seeking a skilled Job Site Quality Control / Safety Supervisor to lead quality assurance and safety on construction sites. You will conduct inspections, verify material quality, and work with managers and subcontractors to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities include enforcing OSHA-compliant safety practices, conducting training, and performing regular safety audits. A valid driver’s license and drug screen are required, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role related to quality control and/or safety on construction sites.
• OSHA 30/40-hour Construction Safety certification is required.
• Quality control certifications (ACI, NACE, or similar) are a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets standards and specifications.
• Verify materials quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee safety program implementation and enforce OSHA and internal policies.
• Prepare reports on safety audits, inspections, and quality findings.
