Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7–9 years in project management, QA, or QC.
• 2–4 years in a managerial capacity.
• CMQ/OE certification required (ASQ).
• OSHPD 'A' license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees implementation of quality frameworks to meet project and company expectations.
• Facilitates cross-functional quality review meetings with data-driven insights.
• Manages quality coordinators and ensures responsibilities are understood.
• Incorporates quality processes in early project phases including pursuit and proposals.
• Monitors execution of quality processes during construction to align with frameworks.
• Investigates non-conformances and drives corrective/preventive actions.
