Job summary

Chitina Diversified Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead construction QC, inspections, records, and safety-class/safety-significant preservation under the contract and QAP. You will coordinate with safety personnel, mentor Field Engineers, and oversee testing, turnover, and closeout with independent assessments when needed.

The role requires 5+ years of QC experience, site access and security clearances as applicable, and readiness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or 10 years construction QC experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities; capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QC systems; RMS knowledge as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Remnant Removal Project QC for steel removal, base metal repairs, equipment use, SC/SS preservation per QAP.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and work packages; maintain logs, reports, and QA records.
• Verify supplier QC, material receipt, traceability, storage, and handling; manage nonconformances and CAPAs.
