U.S. Engineering seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC process on construction projects. You will oversee submittal logs, reviews of shop drawings, and weekly QC meetings with the superintendent, ensuring conformance to specifications and timely resolution of issues.

Your role includes maintaining as-built drawings, coordinating testing and commissioning, and documenting project closeout materials. A BS in engineering or construction management plus 5+ years of experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• Minimum five years of related QC experience.
• Combination of high school diploma with QC experience and certifications will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all QC reports.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide minutes.
• Provide daily QC reports confirming conformance and address non-conformances promptly.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems.
• Maintain the project as-built drawings daily.
