Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to join the Field Operations team on an active military base project in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The CQCM will develop and implement the project-specific quality control program, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

Candidates should have extensive construction experience, hold a USACE CQM for Contractors certificate or equivalent, and be prepared for an on-site, on-base assignment with

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in commercial construction (superintendent, QC manager, PM, or PE) and 2+ years as QC Manager.
• USACE CQM for Contractors certificate required; RMS/QCS training preferred.
• LEED AP/Green Associate preferred; EM 385-1-1, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certs desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program.
• Ensure QC activities align with contract requirements and client expectations.
• Complete administrative documentation on time and maintain project records.
