RQ Construction is looking for experienced Senior Construction Project Engineers to become part of our Field Operations team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This position is centered heavily on quality control and provides the opportunity to work directly with experienced Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCMs), gaining valuable hands‑on experience while helping execute the project's overall quality program.
The selected candidate will support active military construction projects in Aguadilla. This is a full‑time, on‑site position. Candidates already located in the area are preferred; however, qualified candidates who live outside the region may be eligible for relocation assistance.
