Job summary

RQ Construction LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to lead the on-site QC program for military-focused projects in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. You will ensure work complies with contract requirements, maintain thorough project documentation, and foster strong client relationships with the Field Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in commercial construction with 2+ years as QC Manager, and a USACE CQM certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; equivalent education, training and relevant work experience will be considered.
• 5+ years combined experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer; 2+ years as QC Manager required.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate required; RMS/QCS training preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Lead the project-specific quality control program on assigned contracts.
• Ensure all work meets contract requirements and maintains documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
• Uphold company Mission, Vision, and Values while on site.
