Job summary

RQ Construction in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico is seeking a Senior Construction Project Engineer for our Field Operations team. The role emphasizes quality control and hands-on collaboration with experienced Construction Quality Control Managers on active military projects.

This full-time, on-site position prefers candidates local to Aguadilla; relocation assistance may be available. You will support project quality programs, safety standards, and on-site coordination to help deliver complex

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Business or related field
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and internet-based tools
Experience with Primavera P3/P6, Oracle, BIM, Revit, or ACC preferred
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required
LEED GA credential preferred
QCM certification preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required

Responsibilities

Provide heavy emphasis on quality control and field execution on active projects.
Collaborate with Construction Quality Control Managers to implement the project quality program.
Support on-site coordination and safety standards to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
