Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Quality Manager I to own the project quality control program on a single project under a senior quality manager. You will maintain the ITP, schedule tests, witness field/lab work, and write daily QC reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction materials testing or QC
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
• Experience turning specs into a test schedule and witnessing tests
• Capable of opening, tracking and closing NCRs with project team

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the ITP and testing frequency logs
• Schedule and witness field and laboratory tests
• Verify technicians Certifications and calibrations
• Write daily QC reports and meeting records (three-phase prep, initial, follow-up)
• Open, track and close NCRs with superintendent and engineer of record
