Bryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QC on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, specs, codes, and standards.

You will develop and execute QA/QC procedures, oversee inspections and testing, manage documentation, and direct corrective actions for nonconforming work. You will coordinate with project management, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to resolve quality issues, maintain workmanship, and mentor Assistant QCMs; travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years construction and/or field leadership experience.
• USACE QCM training certification.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using RMS.
• Ability to access federal installations / military bases.
• Leadership, coaching and/or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop Assistant QCMs; provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist project startup and permit acquisition; establish submittal registers.
• Conduct testing and field inspections; document results in RMS and CM software.
• Review submittals; ensure conformance with approved submittals and storage standards.
• Lead phases of QC inspections; coordinate with USACE and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project closeout; review O&M docs and warranties; coordinate training.
• Support safety; stop work if necessary to resolve safety, quality issues.
