Job summary

The Quality Control Manager at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. will direct site QA activities and manage the inspection staff, ensuring compliance with quality codes and NRC guidelines. You will collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and field crews to uphold construction quality across high-profile projects while mentoring staff and driving training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/construction with 8+ years experience, or 10 years combined education/experience.
• Knowledge of construction practices (formwork, rebar, concrete placing).
• QA experience in nuclear power industry (DOE/DOD) preferred.
• Quality inspector experience; familiarity with NRC regulations.
