Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of construction QC activities on assigned projects.

The QCM ensures all work meets contract requirements, specifications, codes, and industry standards, and leads QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, and nonconforming work resolution. The role coordinates with project management, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to proactively identify issues, ensure deficiencies are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. (must)
• Minimum 2+ years construction leadership experience
• USACE QCM training certification
• OSHA 10 certification
• Experience using RMS
• Ability to access federal installations / military bases
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop Assistant QCMs. Provide training and ensure compliance with QC tasks and SOPs.
• Coordinate with project team to lead project start-up and obtain permits as needed.
• Conduct testing and field inspections; submit testing/inspections in RMS and CM software; coordinate with third-party inspectors.
• Submit project documentation for USACE approval in RMS; review submittals and RFIs; track material deliveries.
• Implement three phases of QC inspections; lead preparatory and follow-up inspections; lead QC meetings with Bryan Construction and subcontractors.
