CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee site-level quality assurance and control for multiple construction projects.

The role drives continuous improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a quality team across locations, collaborating with project managers and clients. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in construction quality management, OSHA 30 certification, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with data center or telecom project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or 7 yrs equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction quality management or similar role.
• 3-5 years of experience in data center construction or telecommunications installation preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• ACI or ASTM certifications related to construction quality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System and procedures.
• Conduct quality control inspections and reporting.
• Perform process audits and evaluations of effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead quality improvement projects to enhance project efficacy and efficiency.
• Oversee documentation and reporting of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to address quality concerns.
