Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc is seeking a Full-Time Assessor for its construction services team in Malvern, PA. The assessor will plan, execute, review, and finalize projects on time and within budget, coordinating with Partner associates and clients to ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or greater from accredited university in architecture, construction management and/or engineering discipline a plus.
• 3+ years relevant experience in construction or construction related field(s) such as architecture, construction management and/or engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently and ensure quality of Partner's deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate the efforts of Partner team members to deliver projects according to plan.
• Cultivate strong relationships with client and stakeholders to deliver quality product on time.
• Conduct inspections and write reports.
• Ensure quality of services and reports.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and assessors clearly throughout projects.
• Provide solid recommendations and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
