Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Assessor to support its construction services team. Responsibilities include planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Experience delivering multiple projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong report writing and QA/QC for construction-related deliverables.
• Deep understanding of design processes, contracts, costs, scheduling, and change orders.
• Proven ability to build relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 3+ years in construction, architecture, or engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of deliverables across project life cycle.
• Coordinate efforts of Partner team members and associates to deliver projects per plan.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely quality product delivery.
• Schedule inspections, write reports, and communicate expectations clearly to the team.
• Identify and resolve project issues and provide actionable recommendations.
