Qualifications

• Experience in construction quality management, including site inspections, QA/QC documentation, and adherence to building codes and standards.
• Strong project coordination with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction, with a commitment to a safe work environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Effective communication and training skills for diverse project teams.
• Analytical skills to track quality metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in commercial or residential construction quality assurance or related roles.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to work on-site full time in San Antonio, TX, and travel between job sites as needed.
