Actalent is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Analyst in El Paso, TX to monitor field activities, review quality documentation, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and contract requirements for a 3-year federal project. NDA is required prior to interviewing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA/QC or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency in Procore/Autodesk Construction Cloud and MS Office. Onsite role with safety certifications preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of construction quality assurance, quality control, inspection, project engineering, construction oversight, or related field experience
• Experience reviewing and managing quality documentation, reports, submittals, inspections, and compliance records
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsabilidades

• Perform field inspections and monitor ongoing construction activities
• Review and validate contractor quality documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and submittals
• Verify compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Track deficiencies, corrective actions, and quality-related issues through resolution
• Assist with progress reporting and documentation of construction activities
• Support processing and review of pay estimate documentation
• Audit contractor quality processes and procedures
• Coordinate with project stakeholders regarding quality concerns and corrective actions
• Maintain detailed records to support project compliance requirements
• Ensure adherence to applicable construction industry standards, federal requirements, and safety regulations
