Qualifications

• Experience in construction QC and site inspections.

• Proficient in inspection reporting and testing procedures.
• Strong communication with project teams and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of QC plans for construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Report non-compliance to the Project Manager and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of quality control inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Prepare QC reports for the Quality Control Manager and other stakeholders as required.
• Review project documentation, including QA manuals, test plans, and inspection checklists.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to meet quality requirements.
• Communicate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues during construction.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss QC findings and improvements.
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
• Assist in safety audits and implementing QC safety procedures.
• Provide training on QC standards to site personnel.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
