Job summary

LMI is seeking a Construction QA Representative for the CBP border construction projects in Del Rio, TX. The role requires oversight of field engineering activities, safety and quality assurance, and coordination with contractors and government stakeholders.

The position is full-time, temporary for 12-36 months, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem solving, and the ability to travel as needed. Experience with Procore or Autodesk is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction oversight experience including surveillance and monitoring.
• Background in construction management is required or preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day surveillance over field engineering activities.
• Provide guidance on safety and quality assurance per contract.
• Review contractor schedules, pay estimates, and progress reports.
• Prepare daily activity reports with site details and delays.
• Ensure compliance with environmental Best Management Practices.
• Travel to multiple job sites and coordinate with stakeholders.
