Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a construction related profession, business administration, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years of purchasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and issue request for proposal packages for construction projects.
• Manage the bid package process, including advertising and issuing addenda.
• Draft and issue subcontracts and purchase agreements.
