C&S Companies is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for a Sacramento project-based role, providing onsite field and office construction support. You will coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, subcontract development, change orders, scheduling, and progress tracking while using Procore and related tools.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management and strong communication skills, with experience in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Nice to have ability to interpret drawings, contract documents and sequencing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage a diverse set of disciplines.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam and MS Office is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all site activities and provide field and office construction support.
• Assist Project Manager in subcontract administration and cost control.
• Support document controls, submittals and e-construction inputs.
• Schedule subcontractor activities and track progress to ensure QC and specs.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and information are available for crews.
