AHU Technologies Inc. in Rochester, MN is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update schedules across multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring timelines are realistic, coordinated, and align with project scope and resources.

This hybrid role requires 50% on-site presence each month (2027–2030), collaboration with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and leadership to track progress, assess risks, and implement corrective actions for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, dependencies, and trade coordination.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed schedules for multiple commercial projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress updates.
• Track progress and identify delays, risks, and mitigation options.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and project records.
