Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects and support on-site project teams.

This role will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, cost, quality, safety, subcontractors, and overall project delivery. The position requires 10+ years of PM experience with a general contractor or similar firm, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Must have experience with a general contractor or similar firm.
End-to-end PM experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
Manage project logistics, material flow, equipment allocation, and site coordination.
Oversee expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery.
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, safety, and compliance.
Track project costs, schedules, quality, and overall performance.
Identify and manage project risks.
Resolve issues affecting cost, quality, or schedule.
Maintain regular client and stakeholder communication.
Prepare project reports and progress updates.
Coordinate labor and materials to meet project timelines.
Mentor and support project staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, union, project, and regulatory requirements.
