Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high-impact commercial projects. You will analyze drawings, develop baselines, and monitor execution, while supporting corporate initiatives and training programs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in construction scheduling, strong Primavera P6 expertise, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with integrity and teamwork. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders, and project teams.
• High initiative, personal responsibility and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6).
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, builds relationships, builds people/teams and followership, sets direction, and executes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high-impact commercial construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and scope to prepare baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and guide operations staff as needed.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and representatives to uphold Clark standards.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules when required.
• Use analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution.
• Evaluate construction status against plan and communicate impacts of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per best practices.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver Planning and Scheduling training for Clark Corporate University.
