Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high-impact projects. The role will contribute to corporate initiatives including training development and delivery, data analytics, trend identification and reporting.

Responsibilities include creating baseline schedules from drawings and specifications, monitoring progress, and interfacing with owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related preferred.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high-impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs and statements of work to prepare baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and guide Operations staff on progress updates.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors and representatives to represent Clark.
• Support development of conceptual bid/schedules and present to executives.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Develop and deliver Planning and Project Controls training.
