Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling across several high impact projects and to contribute to corporate initiatives such as training development, data analytics, and reporting. The role requires interaction with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure baseline schedules meet standards and are actively managed.

You will travel to project sites, validate construction status against plans, and develop Time Impact Analyses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and statements of work for usable baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff.
• Represent Clark with owners, subcontractors, and their representatives.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules and present to committees if required.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution phase.
• Evaluate actual status relative to proposed plan.
• Analyze and communicate impact of changes to the schedule.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per accepted standards.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver scheduling and project controls training for Clark Corporate University.
• Review and improve departmental policies and procedures.
• Handle special projects and other duties as necessary.
