Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling across multiple high-impact construction projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, maintaining baselines, and guiding operations on schedules, with travel to project sites as needed.

You will develop Time Impact Analyses, support bid schedules, and deliver specialized training as part of Clark Corporate University.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline preferred (not required).
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.
• High degree of initiative and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning & scheduling efforts on multiple high impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes for baseline schedules.
• Monitor project schedules and provide guidance to operations staff.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors and representatives.
• Support conceptual bid/proposal schedules and present to committees.
• Utilize analytics to report project trends and performance.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution.
• Evaluate actual status vs. plan and communicate impacts of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per industry standards.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver Scheduling and other Project Controls training.
• Propose improvements to departmental policies and procedures.
