Job summary

Bird Electric Enterprises is seeking a Construction Coordinator to assist with the development, implementation, and tracking of Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs) for various projects.

You will coordinate with discipline engineers and field staff to ensure constructible deliverables, participate in planning sessions, and maintain daily site records while promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; pre-employment onboarding may include background check, drug screen, and MVR as applicable.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, development, issuance and tracking of CWPs and IWPs for the scope of work.
• May produce discipline IWPs for basic projects.
• Assist in research for problems related to design information, schedule, material deliveries, change management, safety and quality.
• Interface with field staff to ensure constructible responses and timely documentation.
