Job summary

Omni Fiber in Port Clinton, Ohio is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the PMO and project teams by coordinating daily construction activities and maintaining accurate project reporting.

You will monitor permitting and engineering deliverables, ensure timely communication between internal teams, permitting groups, and vendors, and help manage project priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with multi-priority handling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in project data and docs.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
  • Willingness to learn and use project management, permitting, and tracking systems.
  • Ability to work professionally with contractors, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Experience in construction, telecommunications, utility, infrastructure, engineering, or permitting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily production reporting for each construction vendor with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain the daily street sheet log and track construction activity and work status.
  • Manage weekly project inputs and ensure information is captured in PMO systems.
  • Track permitting, engineering deliverables, SOWs, and project milestones.
