Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and tracking of resources by securing equipment vendor rates, rental database, and coordinating inventory for field assets.
• Draft execution plans, handle job-specific administration, and facilitate travel or logistical needs for field personnel.
• Track daily project hours and maintain the department-wide "Action Item" list to meet deadlines.
