Job summary

Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support project management from initiation through completion in Edwardsville, KS. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure projects meet contract specifications and customer expectations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office and PM tools. Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or 0–5 years PM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years PM experience or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project execution from order receipt to completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Safety, and Quality
• Determine and allocate resources needed for project success
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones effectively
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-completion projections
• Analyze revenue, profitability, and utilization
• Ensure all legal, contractual, and commercial requirements are met
• Track and report key project metrics (progress, budget, timelines, risks)
• Provide updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure timely communication across all project participants
