Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for water and wastewater treatment facility projects in Lakeland, FL. You will own the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout, leading budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation while coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy civil or water/wastewater PM, with a strong grasp of municipal contracts and public infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction.
• Experience managing treatment plant, pump station, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of municipal contracting and public infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders including owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
