Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of complex water and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects, from planning to closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams
  • Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations
  • Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
  • PMP or PE license preferred but not required
