Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience in construction management.
• 5+ years of direct construction management and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of Building and Fire Codes and valid NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital construction projects from scope to closeout.
• Oversee trades, unions, contract labor, and vendors for rehab and new construction.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Develop and manage cost estimates, scopes, and procurement for capital projects.
