Qualifications

• Eight years of building construction experience with four years in responsible-in-charge (RIC) status or CCM/AIC licensure.
• Experience managing multiple complex construction projects, renovations and new builds.
• Proficiency with project management and document control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Represent the campus on-site as the University authority for assigned projects.
• Lead daily construction operations and ensure contract document compliance.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders and payments with accuracy.
• Maintain detailed field logs, reports, and progress records.
• Perform field inspections for quality, safety and code compliance, coordinating with inspectors.
• Coordinate communication among contractors, consultants, design teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, turnover and warranty administration.
• Monitor schedule, budget and overall project execution across multiple projects.
