Jobot is seeking a Project Manager in the Greater Philadelphia area with at least 2 years of sitework experience in construction. You will oversee all phases of projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes cost estimation, contract negotiation, quality control, and leadership to guide teams through complex sitework and demolition projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as Project Manager in construction with sitework focus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials and PM principles.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Quality control expertise and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to estimate costs and develop project plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead teams.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from conception to completion, within time, scope and budget.
• Developing comprehensive project plans with schedules and cost estimates; coordinate with internal teams and external contractors.
• Conducting site visits and preparing detailed reports on project status while ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Providing expert advice on equipment, materials, and processes for sitework and demolition.
• Implementing quality control processes to monitor all project activities and ensure high-quality execution.
• Identifying potential challenges and proactively proposing effective solutions.
