Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee sitework, excavation, and utility projects from preconstruction through completion in a fast-paced field environment.

You will coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in sitework, excavation, or utilities.
• Strong understanding of earthwork, grading, storm, sewer, and water systems.
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Construction management software experience preferred.
