• Knowledge of civil construction means and methods.
• Proficiency in construction management software (ACC, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid).
• Strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate site and civil construction‑phase services on large, complex projects to verify conformance with design intent and contract documents.
• Serve as the central point of integration between the design team, owner, contractors, and authorities during construction.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meetings, and field observations with strong organization.
• Oversee timely review of contractor submittals and RFIs and facilitate construction meetings.
• Document communications to protect owner and designer interests and support schedule, quality, and risk management.
