Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience, large-scale industrial preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Experience with construction management software (ACC, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid).
• Ability to interpret complex civil design plans and specs.
• Commitment to safety and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site and civil construction‑phase services on large, complex projects.
• Verify that work substantially conforms to approved design and contract documents.
• Serve as central liaison between design team, owner, contractors, and authorities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting docs, and field observations.
• Support project schedule, quality, and risk management objectives.
• Relocate or travel as needed to project sites.
