All Source Co. is seeking a dedicated Project Manager in San Diego to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will coordinate client, architect, and subcontractor teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while leveraging in-house painting, tile, and flooring capabilities for quality outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of PM experience in general contracting, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure

Competenze

• 3–5 years of project management experience in general contracting, with a focus on preconstruction and estimating.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with self-performing trades, particularly in painting, tile, and flooring.

Mansioni

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction planning, estimating, execution, and closeout. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Manage preconstruction activities, including budgeting, cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and deliver accurate estimates.
• Utilize in-house self-performing teams for painting, tile, and flooring to enhance project quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and stakeholders; facilitate transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and inspire project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff; foster a culture of integrity, respect, growth.
