AllSourceCo. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in general contracting project management with a focus on preconstruction and estimating.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Leadership and team management abilities; Excellent verbal and written communication; Proven track record with successful project delivery and client satisfaction; Advanced knowledge of construction processes, estimating techniques, and project management software; Experience with self-performing trades (painting, tile, flooring).

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality.
• Preconstruction & Estimating: Manage budgeting, cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation; define scope with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Self-Performing Capabilities: Coordinate in-house painting, tile, and flooring teams for quality and efficiency.
• Communication: Maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Team Management: Lead subcontractors and internal staff; foster respect, collaboration, and growth.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure safety standards, regulations, and company policies are followed; perform site inspections.
