Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee self-perform construction projects and lead the internal Construction team. You will collaborate with base build, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil/structural/architectural fields, including 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing projects valued at $25M or more.
• Proficiency in material take offs and estimating from construction drawings.
• Ability to read, interpret, and manage changes to construction drawings.
• Strong skills in Construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance, and variance analysis.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of various self-perform construction projects. You will lead our internal Construction team and collaborate cross-functionally with base build, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering departments to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team comprising Project Coordinators, Buyers, Superintendents, and craft personnel

Pay Range for this role is $50 - $100 per hour depending on years of experience and education
