The McDonnel Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects in Metairie, LA. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure timely completion, maintain budgets, and enforce quality controls.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of construction experience, with strong MS Excel/Word and project management software skills, plus proven leadership and communication abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent required.
• 5+ years general construction experience in commercial spaces or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Word and project management software; familiarity with P6/Procore preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities; capable of project management leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and update project schedules from Preconstruction through closeout.
• Procure jobs, administer contracts, and manage subcontractor relations.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants; lead project meetings.
