Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of general construction experience in commercial or industrial space.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word; familiarity with project management software like P6 and Procore is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Produce meeting packets and minutes.
• Gather information from trades for schedule assistance.
• Track and issue all action items.
• Assist in bid package assembly.
• Gatekeeper; overall document control.
• Quantity surveys.
• Coordinate and generate RFIs and maintain RFI log.
• Communicate regularly with architect for prompt return of RFIs.
• Distribute responses to appropriate subcontractors/suppliers.
• Maintain up-to-date submittal log and process all submittals.
• Travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
