Bond is seeking a Project Controls/Cost Analyst to oversee project documentation, costs, and schedules. The role involves tracking budgets, reviewing change orders, and supporting the Safety Program within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• Strong ability to read contract drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of construction scheduling and subcontractor buyout.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents related to the project (change orders, schedules, proposals, reports).
• Organize and track project costs with financial software.
• Check change order submissions for accuracy and alignment with scope documents.
• Support the Safety Program and participate in safety trainings.
• Track department spending and project budgets.
• Keep management informed by summarizing information and trends.
