Job summary

BOND Brothers, Inc. is seeking a project-management professional to manage costs and schedules on construction projects. You will interact with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed.

The role requires strong scheduling skills, attention to detail, and experience with MS Office and project management tools. On-site work in Boston, with a collaborative team culture and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the construction process, estimates, plans and specifications
• Client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
• Ability to influence and build positive relationships with Clients, Design Teams, Subcontractors, and BOND employees
• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and prioritization to meet deadlines with accurate deliverables
• Robust knowledge of Scheduling, Document Management, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Coins and BIM 360 a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project-related cost management
• Assist in development and maintenance of the construction schedule; monitor schedule and coordinate with team and subcontractors to meet milestones
• Support the company’s Safety Program and participate in Safety training and meetings
• Analyze workload and staffing levels; proactively resolve manpower issues
• Develop strong relationships with Client via regular communication of schedules, financials and progress
• Track and manage insurance and subcontractor agreements
• Provide monthly cost reporting including forecasting of labor, subcontractors, and project risks
• Assist in developing, tracking and completing the project QA/QC program
