Job summary

BOND Brothers, Inc. is seeking a skilled construction professional to join the team as a Project/Construction Coordinator. You will update project documents, track progress, and support cost forecasting while ensuring quality and compliance with contracts.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of contract documents and subcontracts.
• Experience with document control software and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain project documents including shop drawings, subcontracts, change requests, labor rate sheets, RFIs, submittals.
• Keep progress prints current and post drawing changes weekly.
• Track material deliveries and maintain purchase and delivery logs.
• Analyze and ensure quality control of project documents and contract changes.
• Support PM in analysis and coordination of progress documents and bulletins.
• Provide monthly cost reports including forecasting of labor and subcontractor exposure.
